Kiwi and Orange Smoothie

This healthy and delicious smoothie is really easy to make.
Serves up to 4 people in medium sized glasses.

Ingredients

  • 4 Kiwifruit
    • High in vitamin A, B, C, E and K, potassium, copper, folate and fiber.
  • Small Bunch of Grapes
    • Contains vitamin A, C, E and K, fiber, potassium, copper, calcium, sodium, iron and magnesium.
  • 9 Oranges
    • Contains vitamin A, B, B1, fiber, pantothenic acid, folate, calcium, copper, and potassium.
  • 300ml milk (I used Koko Dairy Free but any will do)
    • High in Calcium and contains vitamin D and B12
  • 2 Table Spoons Milled Linseed
  • High in Omega 3, Fibre and contain Vitamin D.

Method

Firstly, peel and cut the Kiwifruit and put into blender.

Following this add the grapes into blender.

Then peel the oranges and put into blender.
Following that add in the milk to cover the fruit, I found that 300ml did the job (if you aren’t sure see the photos in the gallery below).
Then add the Milled Linseed and blend for 1 min or until smooth. If you want to avoid lumps, the contents of the blender can be ran through a sieve over a container.
